About Enrico Farina

His voice has been defined as unique and has been baptized the golden voice of Italy.

Then lucky possessor of this gold mine is Enrico Farina, native Laziale from Sora.

Enrico began singing in his town's church choir in the music school of Sora directed by Monsignor Vincenzo Carbone. In 1952, at the age of 13, he left for Canada to join the rest of his family, which had settled in Toronto.

On December 3rd he landed at "Pier 21" in Halifax and here begins his story of an Italian immigrant and of a sublime ambassador of Italian music in North America.
